How did we get started?

The company was founded in 2013 by Kristin Messerli. Kristin was working as a social worker and community organizer with the immigrant population locally and abroad for over 7 years and helped launch international social enterprises. She realized the importance of cross-cultural communication and branding with social purpose as a means to successfully reaching a young and diverse population and developed best practices for community engagement and marketing.

Millennial and multicultural consumers choose companies and products they can trust. After working with dozens of companies and establishing proven methods, we have found the most effective approach to include an integration of education, content, and community partnerships.
